Description
Complimenting food with beer..was the challenge. When we planned our menu, foods that paired well with the fine ales and lagers we serve was the main objective. The menu is large and diverse and we use beer as ingredients in many of the sauces and marinades. Using strong flavors such as smoked beers from Germany, fruit lambics from Belgium and hoppy ales from our own Pacific Northwest help match the flavors of the food to the beers we serve.
